WHO WE SERVE
Santa Cruz County Children, birth to pre-teen, who are in foster care or whose families 1) are in crisis, 2) may be experiencing homelessness, 3) are facing financial hardship, and 4) are low income.
Hopes Closet is committed to recycling and living sustainably and offers a quick and easy way for you to recycle your family’s recently outgrown children’s clothes, baby/toddler gear, and other items.
OUR SERVICES
BUNDLES OF HOPE
- A “Bundle of Hope” bag for each child in the family containing enough clothing for one week, including socks, underwear, shoes, books & toys, (preterm infant to youth 14-16/XL)
- For Babies, items such as a receiving blankets, bibs, pacifiers, bottles, hats and teething toys may be provided, as available.
- Referrals to other community services.

DONATION CENTER – Donation Center Hours are Tuesday through Friday 10 am – 2 pm and Saturday’s 11 am – 3 pm!
To donate, simply bring in the gently used clothes, shoes, toys and baby/toddler gear that your little ones and kids have recently outgrown and when you do, join our Loyalty Donation Program. After 4 donations, you’ll receive a 20% discount in the store.
