We accept a wide range of donations of new and like-new clothes, shoes, baby and toddler gear, books, toys, and other children’s items for ages newborn to pre-teen.  In our Bundles of Hope Warehouse, we then hand-select items to create and distribute Bundles of Hope Packages for our client families. Here are two ways you can help:

• Go through your children’s closets, garage, attic, and/or storage to find new or like-new children’s clothes and items to donate.
• Host a collection drive at your home, school, workplace, place of worship, or in your community.

Then bring them to our DONATION CENTER at 2555-2557 Soquel Drive in Santa Cruz, CA

The DONATION CENTER IS OPEN
Tuesday – Friday 10am to 2pm
Saturday 11am to 3pm

​All clothing and linens must have been washed within 48 hours of being donated. Items should not be soiled or torn. Equipment, toys, puzzles, and furniture must be in working condition with all parts and pieces.  We cannot use items that have been modified, expired, or are missing pieces.

Hopes Closet relies heavily on donation of goods from the public to provide clothing for children in need in Santa Cruz County. Hopes Closet is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and all donations are deductible to the fullest extent under the law. Tax ID # 45-1677321.
